Taylor Swift has shared the handwritten note she received from Beyonce after emerging as a Grammy winner.
Both artists had a successful evening at last week’s ceremony, with Beyoncé taking home the most awards at the ceremony, taking four of her nine nominations. In the process, she also broke the record for most Grammy wins by any female artist or singer, male or female.
Taylor, meanwhile, won this year’s album for ‘Folklore,’ becoming the first woman in history to win the award three times after previous wins for ‘1989’ and ‘Fearless.’
Posting on Instagram, Taylor Swift shared a flower photo and a handwritten note that Beyonce sent her after they met at the ceremony.
“Woke up to flowers from the queen of grace and greatness @beyonce, and suddenly it’s the best Friday ever,” Swift wrote on Instagram Stories. “Thank you, B, and congratulations on your epic achievement Sunday night.”
As for the note itself, Beyonce wrote: “Taylor, congratulations on your Grammy. It was great seeing you on Sunday night. Thank you for always being so supportive. Sending love to you and your family.”
It came after Swift joined forces with ‘folklore’ producer Jack Antonoff and Aaron Dessner to take the award at the Grammys.

Apart from winning the Album Of The Year award, Swift, Antonoff, and Dessner also played a medley of three songs from the 2020 album at the ceremony.
For his performance at the 2021 Grammys, the star performed selected songs from two 2020 albums, supported by his collaborators. Swift opened her appearance with ‘Cardigan,’ sitting on the roof of the cabin. For ‘August,’ she joined Antonoff and Dessner in the house, while the three of them stepped onto the lawn for ‘Willow.’
